Happy repotting day to this weird little plant.
I’ve had it for so long I don’t even remember which decade I bought it. New growth appeared recently, so I figured it was time to move it into a bigger home.

Midjourney is great at creating stunning images, but it still struggles with the details.
I loved this image but thought the face looked weird. So, I cropped the face, re-rolled it in Midjourney, and then stitched it all together to make the final version closer to what I expected. It’s kind of like using the zoom feature except in reverse.

Last night, shortly before midnight, I had to say goodbye to my companion of more than twenty years.
Spot lived for 7,471 days, almost 100 years in human terms, and I’ll miss her for the rest of mine.

I created an image and shared it on multiple social media platforms, and they performed in drastically different ways.
On Reddit, I had one negative comment and downvotes so I’m at 0. On Imgur, I was downvoted into oblivion so no one saw it except the people downvoting it. Twitter didn’t show my image to anyone. Instagram garnered a handful of likes. And then there’s Facebook which currently has almost 700 reactions, 300 comments,…

This re-release of Flood by They Might Be Giants is the first cassette I’ve purchased in a quarter century.
I remember the first time I heard this album, where I was, who gave it to me, and how it affected me. I’d never heard anything like it. The music was strange and original, and the lyrics were weird and wonderful. I became a lifelong fan after a couple of listens. And tonight, three years…
